Spread Argital Slimming Mud with a spatula on the part of the body you choose and place one layer of 1 cm. Cover it with absorbent paper stripes (do not use plastic film) then roll up with a cotton cloth. Leave it on for a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 2 hours. Remove the Mud with the spatula and cleanse the skin with a lukewarm water moisten sponge or rinse it in the shower.
Slimming Mud can be used twice a day.
It is advisable to repeat at least 30 cycles.
